- Alexander Richey is a radio producer and documentary photographer from Birmingham, AL. He is the executive producer and director for the podcast and radio troop All-Scout.

Largely inspired by the relationship with his home in the South, his work seeks to tell stories that explore a sense of place and the process of experimentation. His work has been featured in Reckon Radio from AL.com, Alabama Public Radiothe NPR member station WBHM, the Southern Foodways Alliance, and Vida Magazine. 

He is a recipient of the 2018 Society of Professional Journalist’s Mark of Excellence Award for his story “Friends and the Promised Land.”

- Jeremy Smith is a composer of symphonic, dance, and theatre music from Florence, AL. He is the senior arranger and contributing producer for All-Scout.

Described by Set Magazine as "some of the most unique and promising talent that the Shoals has ever produced" his work has been performed across the Southeast by ensembles such as The Shoals Symphony, The Nashville Composer Collective, The University of North Alabama Percussion Group, The Louisiana State University Flute Quartet, and The Trill Ensemble. His work can also be heard in podcasts for Reckon Radio and in the short film “Far East.”

- Danny Ray Wilkerson, Jr. is a session musician and story-maker native to the Shoals and the Cherokee Nation. He is a contributing producer, general handyman, and resident tall guy for All-Scout.

Before being enlisted into radio, Danny Ray was putting in miles in the cab of his old man’s big rig and cutting his teeth on a Telecaster in real life honky-tonks across Alabama. He’s toured across the east coast and recorded studio albums with Cold Cold Sweats and I Met a Ghost. His music can also be heard in podcasts for Reckon from AL.com.
